*Small parcels
- Maximum weight: 500g.
- Maximum dimensions: 20mm in height, 381mm in length, and 305mm in width.
**Medium parcels
- Maximum weight: 2kg.
- The sum of length, width, and height may not exceed 900mm, and the greatest dimension may not exceed 600mm.
- In roll form: the length plus twice the diameter may not exceed 1040mm, and the greatest dimension may not exceed 900mm.
Please note for worldwide deliveries, extremely large orders may be check-weighed before despatch. We will then advise of any additional charges.
Important Information
- There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday or any Bank Holidays.
- You may be required to provide a signature upon delivery: The signature does not have to be the account holder, just the person accepting the parcel.
- Always check the conditions of the parcel before signing: If there's damage, please refuse the delivery & contact us immediately.
- If you are not at the address when the parcel is delivered: If you are not in and the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe & secure place, they will leave a card notifying you of the time they attempted the delivery. Please contact them to arrange to have the parcel re-delivered. Couriers will attempt to deliver the parcel three times - if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to us.
