The Daiwa J-Braid Ice Special x8E braided cord is designed specifically for winter fishing. 8 tightly intertwined strands of high-tech Izanas polyethylene fiber form a thin but very strong thread with a perfectly round cross-section. The silicone coating provides a moisture-repellent effect and reduces friction when feeding the bait. The special moisture-repellent impregnation of the J-Braid Ice Special cord prevents it from freezing during fishing and allows it to remain flexible in low temperatures. Minimal stretchability of the thread ensures high sensitivity during bites and preserves the natural play of the bait.
