Though evasive in action, this classic Rapala minnow shape has a graceful, natural wobble for finesse tactics, yet responsive enough to be fished aggressively. Baitfish skitter and scatter when they are pursued by predators – it's this erratic and evasive action that triggers the strike. Made of balsa, with a custom Scatter Lip, the Scatter Rap® Minnow consistently swims with an erratic and evasive sweeping action – perfectly mimicking vulnerable baitfish. Cast or trolled, it is the perfect choice for any species of gamefish.

About Scatter Lip Series
The erratic Scatter Rap® action perfectly mimics a spooked baitfish trying to escape a predator’s attack – and the evasive action of a baitfish trying to get out of a harm’s way will draw reaction strikes from all predatory species. It’s the movement no predator can resist. The Scatter Lip™ creates the most evasive, erratic, aggressive sweeping action with directional and cadence changes that the fishing pros have always used to get the big and vary fish to bite. It’s just that with the Scatter Rap® you don’t have to be a seasoned pro with a wide arsenal of tackle and techniques. All that’s needed is steady retrieve with minor changes in the retrieve speed, and the Scatter Rap® will do the catching.
